Love these!
Amazing!! These have been a game changer for baking cakes. I've used them for many recipes and it makes baking cakes in sheet pans so easy. You get a great rise and they remove from the pan nicely. They clean up really well. The only thing is that they are big to store.

Gaps when laid flat
It is ok. It doesn’t fully sit well and flat on a sheet pan, I can see gaps and there am not comfortable using it in the oven.

Good quality
It does what it is supposed to do. After a few years of usage, they will crack and break at the corners. Don't throw them away. You can easily fix it by attaching a piece on the corners, secured by cherry rivets.
