I bought this in the last week or so as a surprise for my daughter's birthday. It was delivered to her address and arrived on time. She had wanted one for a long time but hadn't got around to buying one. She's thrilled with it as she says it make great waffles, is easy to use and clean and cooks her waffles in good time. I particularly like that it has temperature controls. I looked at the reviews and saw that they were good so I took the leap and I'm glad I did. I was also happy with the price. My daughter loved her present and she's one happy lady!

Hard to manage

Absolute rubbish. Look at the picture to see how non-stick it is.

This came without much guidance on use. No recipe no heats choice suggestion just electric safety messages.So googled a waffle recipe and it turned out ok if a little soft in the centre. The heat distribution is even but it is without a temperature listing anywhere. Just 4 markers no digital display.I tried middle and higher 3 and 4 settings and they all seem a bit too hot as it gets dark and mix rises quick then collapses before it has time to set. Next time I will use minimum setting I ran out of eggs.I think it is promising.I tried a cheese topped bread and that went ok nicely melted but a lot of cheese was stuck on the top plate so next time I will put buttered bread each side of cheese and use it as a sandwich toaster.I like this waffle maker as it heats evenly and the learning how to make waffles correctly I am sure will come.

It arrived in a very short time, and the product itself is excellent. It saved me from wasting time in the morning preparing breakfast. An advantage is the temperature adjustment button. It takes around 10 minutes for the waffles to bake because I don't keep it at maximum, I keep it between medium and maximum. The waffles come out very well, they bake fairly evenly, I turn them from one side to the other to make sure they are done well. It doesn't smell of plastic like I expected it to and it cleans very easily.

This waffle maker is of great quality, easy to use and makes the waffles tasty, ready quickly and you can control the temperature. The product is worth the suggested price.

There was a time when almost every home had a toasted sandwich maker or a waffle maker, it was the go-to Christmas present, then they seemed to fall out of fashion, but our daughter has been really keen to try this out. Waffles are so easy to make, and versatile, both sweet and savoury, perhaps there will be a new boom in sales as people eat fewer takeaways, and return to DIY snacks and meals.This particular waffle maker is very easy to use. It just requires a little bit of trial and error to perfect your ideal waffle and you're away! Just mix some eggs, flour, caster sugar, butter, semi-skimmed milk and a touch of bicarb., pour and wait.
