The information on both sides are very informative. Some people have complained about the size of the front but I think it’s fine. After all it is printed on a very sized paper.

Instructions: please pack with the lack of thickness in mind.
The thickness isn’t good because the item was bent in the process of shipment. I will keep the item but a bit disappointed.

Just what I was looking for. A way to combine yoga, chakras, crystals, essential oils, and nutrition for harmonious balance and health

Bent
I like the product however, when they shipped it, they folded it in half! Why would you ever fold a picture/ poster? Now I have to lay if flat with books on top to try and get rid of the large bend running down the middle. Careless shipping mistake.
