A must have for clearing negative energy

I had purchased sage before from another seller here 3 times and was very satisfied, but i chose to try this one and was very disappointed. one of them had come undone in its wrap while still in the unopened zip lock. I would have overlooked that, but now that i try using the last two, they fail to burn , guessing because they are dried out, though i stored them same as i did with the others i had purchased from the other seller previously. Needless to say was very disappointed with the quality. Will definately be going back to the previous seller i bought from. Hopefully this was only an isolated issue.
