The product is pretty awesome. Sturdy, stable, and easy to assemble and use. The annoying part is that the instructions came inside the frame and so it was confusing to learn that the frame pieces flip open from the front, rather than the back opening up like a normal frame. The reason for my low rating is because the 2 frames I received in my first order had scratched and dents. I asked for an exchange via Amazon but the next set that arrived also had scratches on both frames. The frames come in plastic but the scratches are still there, so maybe it happens during production or packing…? The signs do what they need to do, but appearance will be flawed, apparently. I’m keeping the second set because I don’t like exchanging over and over, but if you’re looking for perfect, it’s possible you won’t get it.

Needed stands for flyer events and ordered two sets of the 2 packs. In each pack, one was significantly more wobbly than the other - so much so that I had to break out the pliers and wrench to get the top from immediately falling down like a drooping flower. The other ones were excellent, so I'm not sure why 2/4 were great and 2/4 would have been useless without the right tools to fix it. I can see the inconsistency in quality being an issue for the average user.Other than that, they work great, easy to put together, and are exactly what I expected and needed!

This took three people to put together!! The instructions were very very vague! However, once we figured it out it was very easy to put together the second one. Who knew the frame edges flip open towards you?? Who knew the base is for water? However, it got done and the stand is super sturdy and very reliable! Just the directions or perhaps a video would help.
