I love this set of pots and pans! The stainless steel seems to be top quality. The copper finish is beautiful. I really like the length and shape of the handles. I was a little leary about putting them in the dishwasher (I usually hand wash my pans). I tried it and they came out great. I would recommend this set.

So far I really like these. I haven’t cooked with them a ton yet, but the quality is nice, it’s a beautiful color, and it was a good price.

This set of stainless steel cookware is absolutely gorgeous. I have used it to make filet mignon steaks and burgers, and it was fantastic. The key however, is to keep it between low and medium temperature like it says. I had mine on medium and it was probably too hot. My old pots and pans would have had to be on medium high. Read the instructions on how to use it so you keep it looking great and keep it easy to clean. Like heating it up before you put any oil or food in it. Another thing I did after I cleaned it, which it says you can put in the dishwasher but cleaned mine by hand, I took a paper towel and dipped it in a little bit of oil and rubbed it around the pan to keep it looking like new. Would highly recommend!!

They had me at "Flavorful Thick Soup". The promo video was pretty awesome. The pans are perfect. I've actually made Flavorful Thick Soup, fried burgers and made Hollandaise sauce and can attest to the quality and even heating of these pans. The stainless fry pan wasn't what I was looking for but it will be perfect for making potatoes O'Brian and getting that nice sear. My former pans had copper bottoms and these heat pretty much the same but I think the key is to heat your pans at medium high before adding food to stainless. This will keep from sticking. Yes you need higher heat tolerant oil. (Olive!) I was concerned about the thin top edge because most of my pans have a strong bent edge that holds the lid in place. In this case the lid has an edge to hold it in place. But the gauge of this metal is pretty heavy so I'm not really concerned about the top edges denting now. They're just so shiny and pretty. I love polished finishes. I get distracted. I would say what sold me was the glass lids and the two bonus non-stick pans. So many sets have things I don't need I was really just looking for just three sauce pans. Which is impossible to find as a set so get this set and get the bonus nonstick pans! Did I say how pretty they were? Gosh....

Very happy with this set - it looks good, nice weight, good sizes. The non-stick pans appear well made, and so far have worked perfectly and been easy to clean.

This is the second set of Civete cookware that I’ve purchased. They hold up well and the copper finish looks great. Easy to clean, and the price is good for the product that you’re purchasing.

Love this set has not lost color and they cook great.

I just used it for the first time! Caramelized onions and for 30 mins I an scrabbling and this is the result! Its waste of money! If I could put 0 I would! Then I wanted to make sunny side up eggs my eggs sticked to pan and after 10 mins scrabbling still need more scrabbling! In busy life I don’t have extra time to scarab!!! Not easy to clean! I want to return it but I used 2 pans! not happy customer 😡
