Nloretty good product. They are thin and you still need extra pads to wear with them. But they are decent and does the job, if you care to go this route.

Pee down your leg daily.
Today I woke up with this product on. I start tobpee as soon as I stand up but with this heavy duty pad, I peed tight through it to my pajamas way before I got to the commode. First they are so wide, they curl, crumple, and do not work. I even had to change my sheets when I returned to bed. Who designed the ridiculous button straps? They are not convenient, comfortable, or user friendly. I would never buy again , ever!
