Purchased for my grandson’s birthday. He loves it. It was easy hook up. He has a Xbox S.

Perfect for expanding storage capacity
The only issue I could find with it is that series X & S games can be stored but not played from the device so if you have a lot of 360 or Xbox One games it’s perfect but to play series X and S games you would need to move it from the external storage device and reinstall to your system before playing but it’s still a godsend just using it to store all my other games

Can’t play games on external hard drives
When you try to play a game that you have installed your can’t.Xbox is dumb

it works for older games not newwer games but still very good. doesnt have 1 Tb exact it has 962 Gb
Don't buy if you are looking for a drive for newer games like Forza Horizon or Microsoft flight sim its doesn't work but it works for old games.

Not for most new games
Wont work on alot of new next gen gamesIt will let you download all the way but when finished will require you to transfer to the internal storage on the XboxI have Xbox Series S for reference
