The kibble is just the right size for a smaller mouth. Reba is doing well on it, and I love that there are NO meals whatsoever in this brand. It's just real food.

I’m paranoid when it comes to my pup, and while I may eat absolute junk, he deserves the best. I knew from the moment he was born that I wanted him on the best of puppy foods, and I was disappointed to find that so many makers have jumped on the grain-free bandwagon. Just goes to show how gullible we all are. Dogs haven’t been full carnivores for thousands and thousands of years, yet some marketing person decided that people were too dumb to realize dogs had evolved very much from their wolf ancestors, and they convinced us that corn and wheat are fillers. Are they fillers when they’re on a human’s plate? Contrary to what marketing teams would have us believe, dogs have the enzymes to digest and benefit from grains — enzymes their wolf ancestors don’t have. But worse than misleading us all into thinking our dogs shouldn’t have grains, they replaced the grains with peas, potatoes, and lentils, which have now been linked to heart disease and death in a lot of dogs, even in breeds that aren’t prone to heart issues. No way was I subjecting my precious new puppy to a dangerous marketing ploy like that. /rantAnyhow, I’m happy that Orijen has worked grains back into its foods, allowing me to buy a premium quality food for my pup while avoiding those problematic ingredients. We’re currently on a mix of wet and dry foods, and while we do rotate between brands, flavors, and protein sources, Orijen’s Amazing Grains Puppy kibble is part of our regular rotation. My pup loves it, no tummy issues, and his vet approves. Couldn’t ask for more!

Our two fur kiddos (senior min pin and adult Maltese) couldn't be more different when it comes to food - my senior would scarf down anything while the Maltese is the pickiest eater who has to be hand fed at times (more often that I would like to admit). Not with this food! He chows down in record time! Both my dogs are super happy with this food and I am happy that they are getting great nutrition. I've been feeding this to all my pups for the last 6 years! My pups have never had any problem with the taste, but they're also not very picky eaters. My parents spoiled, picky eater that always has to investigate EVERYTHING offered to her, 70lb pittbull on the other hand-GOBBLES this up when I feed this to her when she stays with me when my parents go on vacation!!I had a pup that passed from cancer in 2022 and was relieved to read from cancer diet researches in canines that this was a good brand b/c it was very nutritional and didn't contain any fillers and other products that could worsen her condition to "feed" the cancer.A caveat about this food: it is EXTREMELY nutrient dense! So, the amount you were previously feeding your pups from another brand needs to be reduced when feeding them Orijen. I learned that the hard way when I switched them and noticed how cutely chubby they were getting, lolz! ❤️

Love the ingredients! My picky puppy will only eat this sometimes. Wish the nuggets were bigger. Minus one star because I heard they were bought by MARS the candy bar company so that can’t be good hope the ingredients don’t go down hill

I received this dog food as a part of a review and trial from Home Testers Club and it definitely did not disappoint. Upon receiving it I read the packaging to make sure it had an appropriate amount of protein and fat for my pups. I have two Pitbulls and their breed requires high protein and high fat for their diet. This food is almost perfectly balanced for them so that made me happy, however, it still needed to be put to the test of two finicky eaters. The food itself is very high calorie compared to a lot of mainstream dry dog foods, so definitely read the directions for feeding and give the appropriate amount as it is likely less kibble than you are used to dishing out for your fur baby. My first impression was a little shocked at the smell. It smells pretty bad in my opinion, however it comes in a recloseable bag so that isn't a deal breaker. Both dogs actually loved it. And they both seemed to take to it well and thrive with plenty of energy and no upset stomachs.

I’m in love with this dog food I received as a free sample from Home Tester Club. My dogs loved it! From the first smell they started barking and circling and jumping and even ran into their kennels and sat down waiting for the food! I mixed it with their normal food and they would pick out this food and eat it and leave their normal food in the bowl! New household favorite!

Finally a dry kibble that I do not have to beg them to eat. The ingredients are good and the dogs have shiny coats and no digestive problems. I do add yummy real food and veggies on top, salmon oil etc. as my dogs are my kids but they will eat it dry. I have bought several of the flavors and all are appreciated. Latest member of the family is a medium large puppy, this this version to make sure he gets what his growing body needs.The price is scarey ! But the dogs look wonderful so I will keep ordering this brand. And Amazon's service is excellent !
