Q: do these strips require the resin adhesive?

Despite previous answers, the adhesive and the adhesive ampule work together to give a waterproof bond. They are not really designed to be used without the adhesive ampule.

Q: Do the 1/8" x 3", 5/Pk, 200Pks/Cs have the adhesive preapplied?

I bought the 5 pack and they are self adhesive.

Q: Are they clear or skin tone

Closer to skin color. Not clear

Q: Would this work on the bottom of my foot?

Yes but with anything adhesive, if its on a bendable part, it will come undone. I didn't have a problem with sweat making it come off but mine was on a non bending location
