Item listed as: Back Stretching Device, Back Cracker Massager. The specifications also said it included a battery. This is not true. The item I received did not have a place for a battery and was not a massager in any way.The item feels like it might snap, the foam pad is cut too short and would not stay in place, the points hurt and the storage pouch is cheap. It also came in a cheap plastic bag. The whole thing shouts Cheap and a bad purchase. I returned it.

Bought for some lower back pain I was experiencing. Used for about a month, up to the steepest setting, and haven’t had that same back pain since.

Impossible to assemble by someone with a back problem. This is going back immediately!!!

It’s a bit uncomfortable at first, but if you use it at least twice weekly and lay on it for like 3-5 minutes at a time eventually you’ll be moving around and feel new pops and better mobility. It works but not drastically, it’s not a miracle worker
