If I could consume only one food for the rest of my life, I would choose sushi rice. I buy short grain Japanese rice, cook it in a rice cooker, and fold this vinegar into the still warm rice. If you love the flavor and texture of restaurant sushi rice, you will be so happy with this product. I’m sure it has other great applications, too.

Very good sushi vinegar. I have used this product for 10+ years. I use this for sushi, sushi rice, pickles salad and marinade. Packaging switched to plastic. Lighter bottle.

This stuff is delicious and the perfect seasoned vinegar for sushi or just to make rice for “deconstructed-sushi”! They switched to plastic bottles this last time and I really don’t like that. Although I love this stuff when I find a replacement in GLASS I’ll switch to that. BOOOO on the plastic bottle change.
