In 1966, Neal Doughty met Alan Graizer at the University of Illinois on his first night as a junior studying to become a electrical engineer. In 1967 REO Speedwagon was born and the rest is history. The band sold over 40 million albums and charted 13 top 40 hits, including 2 No. 1's "Keep On Loving You" and "Can't Fight This Feeling".
