I could not find this product locally to make a cake for my granddaughter. Ordered these from Amazon and they made the cake spectacular. They added so much more flavor to the raspberry cake.

I like it, but I want a bay again

I ordered these because both the flax based cereal and the wheat based cereal I et never had enough berries when you shake out a serving. I was happy with the size of the serving. And a T or 2 tsp and that was sufficient. I wasn't sure I'd like the raspberries, but I do. Because they are a bit tart they go a long way. Part of the reason I like these is that the larger sliced freeze dried strawberry slices from othr companies I've tried get chewy because of their size. A bonus: Washed and dried, the jars make great catch-all for small object likes, Lego pieces, knitting markers, rubber bands and the like. So, those of you who gave the one star, since you can't return them, eat em.I'm about to try the veggies. 15 years ago our son thru hiked the AT and we freeze-dried everything, including cooked pasta and spaghetti sauce. Spaghetti leather is actually pretty tasty. My husband does most of the cooking and he loves hiding veggies in things, so I thought he should give them a whirl.Hope this help!

I used this product to decorate my macarons. Perfect raspberry on the top.

Had a friend request granola bars with raspberries & a few other things & these worked great for that. Provided plenty of flavor, pretty splash of color, & were the perfect size.

I've tried several other types and brands of freeze dried raspberries for baking and have always been at least a little disappointed. But these have never let me down! I buy the 4 pack so I always have some on hand for my specialty: white chocolate raspberry cheesecake cookies!I would imagine these would work just as well in a multitude of other recipes, but I burn through them just making cookies so I haven't got the chance to use them elsewhere yet! Hopefully soon. Definitely recommend.

Perfect for baking. It suited my needs. And good just as a light snack.
