We love this watch! I bought this for my niece as a birthday present after doing some research into all brands/options available. The Cosmo SmartWatch had everything I wanted - it is affordable, aesthetically pleasing, has the calling/messaging functionality I was looking for without all the other games/apps, on top of being very secure. I loved that there were a variety of color options, and I was able to pick one that I know my niece would be very excited about (pink). She LOVES my apple watch and iPhone, and anytime we are together she asks to FaceTime and send messages to her cousins. I thought this would be a great alternative to an actual iPhone since she as a bit too young for that this time. It is great that I can communicate with her when we aren't together, and the connection is always excellent. She loves feeling like she has a "grown-up" product that she can use to communicate and show off to her friends.The setup took a bit of time, but was overall very easy to follow. You do have to charge the watch each night, which is similar to my own Apple iWatch, so personally I don't think that is a huge issue.My nieces parents were on board with this purchase because they love the tracking, and the fact that there are no apps or social media platforms. In addition, my niece only has access to approved contacts so it is very secure and safe.I highly recommend this product! I would definitely purchase again for others in the future!

Battery life is extremely low. Won't even last eight hours. Mission control app for the watch is terrible. Rarely gives a location and if it does it's not accurate. Which is the reason I purchased in the first place. Can also rarely call it. Says wireless customer is not available. Text messages either don't go through or are delayed hours. I've had it for several months now and regret the purchase. My advice is find a more reliable option. Watch your service plan because they will renew without notifying and no refunds

The watch is really nice my daughter wears it to school and when she goes to my parents house just like a phone it doesn’t get service in certain places. The two things I don’t like about it is that the GPS on the watch is not accurate or when it is and I try to refresh it doesn’t refresh. The battery life is crap my daughter wears it to school at 100% and it’s at 10% by the time I pick her up. But other then that it’s an amazing alternative to giving my 6 year old a cell phone!

We have been looking for a good option for our daughter to be able to contact us while at her grandparents house, without pulling out the tablet. This watch is the perfect solution! With a fun variety of colors, we chose PINK, her favorite color, and have already enjoyed the simplicity of use and features the watch has to offer. For only $59 (thats a steal compared to other similar devices!) its a much better option than introducing a cell phone at a young age since it does exactly what we need to it to do. No social media outlets or unnecessary internet searching. It keeps them active, outside, engaged and moving, but also an easy 1-2-3 to contact mom and dad to check in when away. Quick and easy set up, overall very pleased and would highly recommend to anyone with with younger children who like to gear away from social media and like the simplicity and security it has to offer!

We've had our CosmoJr watch for almost a year.On the watch itself: The battery only lasts about a day so it needs to be charged every night. There isn't a way to adjust the volume and the alarm is pretty loud. Screen scratches very easily in a product designed for kids. They do send screen protectors but my kid scratched the surface before I could get the screen protector on just by sliding it across the table.On the service: There is frequently a long delay between when a message is sent and when it is received. Location tracking is not real time even when "live tracking" is enabled. Typically I receive a notification about 20 minutes after the fact when my kid leaves the area. I don't think a call has ever connected between the watch and my phone, regardless of which one initiates the call.Pros: The app is really easy to use. There is a school mode that silences alarms and locks them out of apps on the watch. My kid loves the camera and it takes decent pics for what it is.Overall, wouldn't buy it again and am looking for a replacement for the coming year.

It's a neat idea but buying an Apple/Android smart watch and adding it to your cellphone plan would be cheaper and easier in the long run. This watch requires a $20 per month subscription to activate, that's $240 per year. The watch itself has limited functionality and the battery life is terrible. Also, there's no way to cancel or manage your subscription online or in the app. You have to call a customer service line to make changes to your plan. Additionally, the watch was bulky and awkward to wear, especially for a small child's wrist. All in all, it just wasn't worth it.

I bought these to send with my little kids to school. If the watch is on, it doesn’t last the school day. So we have to turn the watch off, and just turn it on when she wants to use it to get ahold of me. It is pretty easy to use, good coverage. I wish it was better!

Highly recommend this watch for your child! I ordered the pink one for my daughter and she loves it! It's a great size, the band is comfortable for her to wear, and the watch is easy for kids to use. I feel a lot better knowing that my daughter can call me from her smartwatch when I'm not around her since she doesn't have a phone yet. Being able to call me from her watch is great if she forgot something at home that she needed for school, for carpooling for sports, etc. Her Cosmo watch also came with the cutest stickers and screen protectors! 10/10 recommend!
