I bought this to test the PH level of my coolant. I tested my coolant acidity as somewhere between a 6.5 and 7 on both my parent's and my cars. Ended up replacing the coolant. It is super easy to use, you just dip the paper strip into the liquid and compare the result to the reference which is pretty easy to read. I can't comment on the quality since I have nothing to compare but I think it offers good value and I probably will never run out of it again. I also try to store the testing strip in my drawer in a room that's cool. Hopefully this helps preserving the testing strips.

The ranges are a bit broad for the color matching, in my opinion. The readings are not digital and so you are estimaiting where the ph level is. Can be used for school science lessons on Ph and acid. I may not buy again as I don't have a need for the reading they give.

Not my first choice in how they work but they do work. The straps fall apart and are not user friendly like other strips ive tried, personally. (The ones for Ketones from another brand for ex are better in style and usage). They work but not what I was hoping for. I am 29 weeks pregnant and wanted to see if the fluid I was leaking was amniotic fluid or urine. It seems I need a ton of fluid for it to even register as opposed to a wipe like how others work. They came out unchanged in color and mostly dry, so I didn't think it worked until I tried it with Tums (Sodium Carbonate) in water and Malic Acid in water. Def changed colours. So I guess I shall assume I am not leaking amniotic fluid and the initial test just had a neutral or slightly acidic ph for it to stay yellow. Ok! Amniotic fluid would show up as blue apparently. So I'm happy. Just wish the straps were more fortified and well put together like other brands.

Purchased these pH strips for my A&P students. They were easy to use and read. The pH levels were what I expected, so I would include they are a functional and accurate. I love that they come in a case for easy storage. Highly recommend.

I use these all day long working with acid. I am clumsy and rough on things. These Ph test booklets held up to all my nonsense easy AND they stayed clean which is a miracle!! The papers are easy to separate and you have to give it a good pull to tear it out as the paper is quality. It stood up to HCL and Nitric acid all day. Buy with confidence!!

The packaging was nice and the kit and the little pipetts perfect. But the paper they are on seems of low quality, I tested them against a meter and they didn't match the meter and they seemed to keep resulting in a similar reading. So at this point they don't have my trust, but I will use them awhile and see how they do over time.

My next-door neighbor has rectal cancer. She has been trying every known remedy to rid herself of it. One of the remedies is to make her body as far alkaline as she can. I haven't read anywhere that this could help but it stands to reason that cancer cannot survive in an alkaline environment. One of the things we do is eat the whole lemon, not just the fruit. I purchase organic lemons and wash them with soap and water and then I puree them and she drinks a bit daily. She is also drinking apple cider vinegar with the mother in it. The next item on our agenda is to begin eating things like kimchi and other fermented foods like sauerkraut. These test strips tell us where she is on the alkaline scale! Today she tested dark green which means her body is responding to our remedies! These test strips were not expensive and well worth the expense. You can test saliva or urine which is great.

Doesn't work at all. Don't buy these. pH is off by 2-3. I bought a pH meter and finally tested and realize these strips have been giving me wrong pH for weeks. Invest in a pH meter instead of paper strips.
