Never used a 3d printer before, not that techy. This thing is great! Bought as a present for my son who enjoys technology. Easy to get going, got all the bits you need with it, plug in an SD card with 3d models on it, away you go! Dont usually write reviews but was so impressed thought I would make the effort. A typical small model (like the frog on the sd card) takes about 1.5 hours to print. We then found a fidget interlocking spiral 3d model online for free, used the "slicing" software that came with the printer, and printed that. Took about 3 hours, come out perfectly! I think its got wifi capability and an app and all that, not tried any of that yet, I'm sure that all works fine if you are into that sort of thing.

They say the 3rd time's the charm, but for us, it seems it was the 4th time. 1st one (WEEFUN Upgraded Tina2) was very noisy but worked fairly well... for about 2 weeks and then it just quit. We returned it and got a different one (Voxelab Aquila C2 FDM 3D Printer). It took my husband nearly 2 frustrating weeks to assemble it and he never could get it to print anything at all. So back it went for the refund and we bought a higher priced one that was pre-assembled and supposed to work straight out of the box (FLASHFORGE Adventurer 3 Lite FDM 3D Printer). It worked for about a week and printed around a half dozen things and the filament feeder quit. My husband tried purging it etc. but no go. So back it went for a refund and we ordered this one (WEEFUN Newest TINA2 S 3D Printer, Ultra Silent Mainboard with WiFi Cloud Printing, Mini 3D Printer Heatable PEI Platform, Auto Bed Leveling DIY 3D Printers with Resume Printing, Fully Open Source). It prints well and is super quiet. We've had it a week now and already printed more than with the other 3 combined. It might not be as large as we'd like for some things but seems to be better quality (knock wood and cross fingers).*Edit* Nope, spoke too soon! Two months in the filament feeder clogged and wouldn't feed the filament through it any longer! I contacted the company multiple times asking them to honor their warranty and their response was for me to go to a YouTube video for instructions on disassembling it and fix it myself! I am not a technician and do not have the necessary knowledge, ability, or tools to do so.*Edit* I ordered this item, (WEEFUN Newest TINA2 S 3D Printer, Ultra Silent Mainboard with WiFi Cloud Printing, Mini 3D Printer Heatable PEI Platform, Auto Bed Leveling DIY 3D Printers with Resume Printing, Fully Open Source), on 1 Feb 2023 and received it around a week later. It completely stopped working on 2 Feb 2025, ONE DAY AFTER THE WARRANTY EXPIRED!Purges but then won't print! Says nozzle heating failed, printer halted please reset" I tried to reset, didn't work... still wouldn't print!. I tried restoring to factory settings, didn't work... still wouldn't print! I tried leveling the pad... didn't work... still wouldn't print! I tried auto-home... didn't work... still wouldn't print! WEEFUN3D Support was none responsive.

Wow..i never used a 3d printer before but this product is totally amazing and so easy to set up and use.My 8 and 10 year old boys couldnt get enough of printing off the preset figures.. now we have loads of different 3d printed dragons,fish,hands and more.we also got some glow in the dark filament which my boys absolutely love.Great price,great product.

Good starter printer, makes small 3D things.

Really good for a beginner. My 10 year old grandson has made some brilliant little pieces with a little adult help. Patterns easy to download from Internet. Have purchased extra rolls of filament to give him a choice of colours, they are quite expensive in comparison to the actual printer but last for ages.

Got for my daughter as a birthday gift as she wouldn’t stop going on about it! And now I know why! This thing is amazing and the things you can make with it!
