if you buy the correct size this girdle will make you look trim for a certain amount of time. It fits nice and feels nice. Buy one.

it does help and give a bit of shape/tone but it pulls in much more at the joins/seams which then looks bad

The item is a pretty snug fit. It is comfortable for a long term as well, but if you decide to wear it for long then you will be fine as it is quite comfortable material and would not irritate your skin. The stitching are pretty strong so there is a lot of flexibility to move around while wearing this. I would recommend to get a bit bigger size then your actual size as for me my size went a small even though I ordered my original size, it is due to material as it ticks your stomach in. But overall I would recommend it.

The waist part rolls down making them really uncomfortable. I wouldn’t buy again

I got this product to see if I would look a bit better with trousers and shirt on for my wedding. I tried it for a day at work, 1st it is comfortable to wear all day and made out of a soft material. It was more comfortable than I expected and after wearing it all day I was happy.2nd it appears to be well made and durable.Lastly, I’m not 100% sure that it works as well as the pictures make out but I did notice that because it was tight and sucking in my stomach it made me tense my core a lot more than I normally do and this made my gut shrink. So I suppose in a way it does do what it says.

I would say this should be geared at the slightly more rotund gentlemen to aid in their clothing fit, and not geared for my muscle bound fella in the pictures, who clearly wouldn’t need these. But I’ve had some luck with compression garments in the past, so thought what the hell. These do not work, they are tight round the waist band which is about 1cm thick and nothing more. I looked like a sausage… unless you have the figure that quite frankly doesn’t need these then I wouldn’t bother!
