I love, love, love these micro plates! They are so good to have in the gym. As a female, jumping up by 5 lb. Increments can be difficult when you are at a max. These plates give you the option to increase at a slower and safer pace. They come in four different weights and are color coated. They look well made ,but I do with the paint didn't flake off easily. That being said, they do the job. They are small in size and also come with a carrying bag. Great purchase!

Useful for approximating kg weights on standard gym lb barbell weights. For instance,110 kg is 242.6 lbs - even with 2 sets of clamps, one being the heavy springs, will still just get you to 241.6. With these, you can use a .25 lb and a 1 lb and hitvto 242.5. They fit the powelifting bars.comfortably, neithrt loose or too tight.

These weights are great! Does the job👍🏽 These allow us to gain strength gradually, weekly! The writing rubs off after so long, but that's not a huge deal. In the beginning we wrote down which color was which weight, but after we used them for so long, you know which is which 😉💪🏽

Very sturdy and good quality

Paint started chipping fairly quickly but honestly don't care - they do what they're intended to do. I like them and have been using to chip my bench weights for months now.

Chrome finish isn’t perfect, but good enough for the price. No sharp edges or high spots. Hopefully the chrome will hold up and not chip off.

Great! Since we got them, my husband and I have improved a lot at the gym. We add 1 or ½ lb every week to our bench press.
