This is a marvelous scale. I purchased this scale in May 2018. I weigh coffee every morning and about ½ of the evenings after dinner. My wife weighs food items of all kinds. The battery hasn’t even gone out. It is accurate. I’ve some test weights I used in another life and it is accurate, @ 3 ounces to within .2 of an ounce. It is simple and intuitive to use as well as changing between measurement systems. I definitely recommend. I really like the rare weight feature of allowing you to place a container on the scale prior to turning it on. Then when turned on the scale gives you a tare weight, subtracting the weight of the container so when adding food, coffee - whatever you have the actual weight of the food. October 2022 the scale and us survived Covid, monkeypox, killer bees…. Scale is used probably twice as frequently during the year 2020. Not so much so last two years about like first report. Still works great. I changed batteries once since purchase. I Stole batteries last year for another project and replaced with new (summer). There will be mo more reporting. This scale is wirth the money and your consideration .

Not long ago and very fortunately, I came across this amazing “kitchen scale” while browsing on Amazon.com: THE INEVIFIT DIGITAL KITCHEN SCALE. I was actually searching for recipe books related to a diet my family and I are following, and all at the sudden happened to stumble upon this particular kitchen scale. I, very wisely, decided to purchase it. This tiny, but extremely useful kitchen gadget, with all its capabilities, its precision, its obvious durable quality, and its impeccable looks, has opened for our family a whole array of cooking possibilities, since it allows for rather precisely weighing all kinds of foods—both in liquid and solid state--- in several different units of measurement. I never even could imagine the actual difference in cooking results that stems from following recipe directions—even from diverse cookbooks—and, particularly, from utilizing the correct weight of each needed ingredient. My cooking before owning THE INEVIFIT DIGITAL KITCHEN SCALE had a lot of guessing regarding the quantities of the ingredients. Now, that I have this excellent tool handy, just about every recipe I have decided to prepare has turned out delicious. This scale has made us enjoy cooking more, and of course get pleasure from the deliciousness of the outcomes, which are the direct result of following directions and using the exact weight of ingredients. This is particularly important when trying to get the expected results when following any of the manifold of diets available, which by design have to be followed as precisely as possible, both for the resulting taste of its foods and especially to get the results on our bodies and overall health that we expect. And to add value to this product, the design is not disturbing, the size allows for it to be placed anywhere, and the quality of craftsmanship and materials make it so easy to clean and obviously durable. On top of all these, it comes with an awesome warranty and the price is definitely more than right. If cooking is a part of your lifestyle, please follow my advice and do not hesitate to buy it! Will not be disappointed!!!!

This product works as advertised. I used this among 3 other food scales and they were all off by .01 ounces. By that measurement I would say this is pretty accurate. What I like about this product compared to the other products I already have is the larger and brighter screen. The screen is very easy to read at any reasonable angle. I also like finished surface which seems to be much more durable than the others. Usability is great as well, switching between measurement types is easy and intuitive. I cannot provide any long-term durability of this product, but it seems to be built well. The materials are primarily a plastic base and a stainless steel measuring base, but all still seems to be made well. I would recommend.

Heavy Weight: • Very accurate (tested with gram weights—dead-on) • Easy to read, big numbers on a blue, back-lit screen • Weighs in grams, ounces and pounds (fractions or pounds + oz) • Batteries have yet to wear out after 3 months of daily use • Responds immediately to adding or subtracting of stuff being weighed • Overall, feels well made, if a tad lightweight • Compact • Very easy to use Light Weight: • Yeah, its does feel lightweight—haven’t dropped it yet and do wonder how it would handle a spill form countertop • Some may not like how compact it is—no problem for me and it’s easy to stow (guess that makes it “Heavy Weight”—hey, I’m trying to come up with a few down-sides to this thing! • Really, no actual negatives for me…sigh Some have reported that scale readout bounces around a bit, especially when adding or removing stuff being weighted. I’ve had no such issues. Response is immediate and as expected. It’s accuracy is dead-on—I have various gram weights for testing scale accuracy. The readout is great—very easy to see during day or at night. Scale times out at a bit over 2min if left alone, so plenty of time to grab more of what your weighing. I looked at a lot of different scales and saw some I like the look of better. But really, who cares; this is a scale, not counter decoration! It’s not like I put the damn thing on a doily when weighing portions. Highly recommended, if you hadn't surmised by now… UPDATE: About 2.5 years later and I still haven't had to change batteries and the scale is performing perfectly! So, wow. I use scale twice a day, everyday, so I'm about as impressed as I can be!!!

On first impressions, this is a great little food scale. The led display is bright and the scale looks very well made. I am impressed.

Just got the Inevifit kitchen scale, and did a quick test. It worked as it should and easy to set up.
