The Youtherapy products are great. I have been using the B6 B12 for over a month to metabolize my body for energy and brain function and it seems to be working well. I also use the ashwaganda for regulating mood.

I bought these to take for helping with mood support before and during my period. I normally get quite depressed before my period for about a week, and after taking these a couple weeks before I have noticed a more stable mood for my last three cycles. The only thing I don't like is the size of the container... The pills barely fill 1/4, why waste so much plastic and take up room in the medicine cabinet?

Why did you pick this product vs others?:Needed for my b12 needs and like the added b6. Just got it so we will see how it works compared to my liquid b12 I have been using for years.
