Heritage beef steals dinner.
Outstanding steak! Cooked one under broiler for dinner. Heritage beef with buttery texture, succulent & full of beefy flavor.

They came very well packaged
Two out of the four were very good like two that weren’t one was mostly fat. The other had quite a bit of gristle in it. Otherwise the two good ones were very good.

Three steaks were restaurant grade. One steak had a different taste than the others. Not great. The 3 steaks were amazing 3rd steak not so great

Ordered the Grumpy's ribeyes for Memorial Day and finally pulled the grill out of the garage where it sat all winter. Gave everyone this whole speech about how you gotta preheat the grill till it’s blazing hot before the steaks go on. Then 15 minutes later I realized I never turned the gas on. Once I got it going for real the ribeyes came out incredible. Tender, juicy, and that deep beefy flavor. couple guests asked me where I got them so they could order to.
