This a nice shelf system. Easy to install and shelves clip into the bracket making them sturdy.

The shelves are sturdy and I like the locking feature of the shelves. I will be buying another set.

Durable and nice looking

I just finished installing these shelves. They are a really high quality, and very sturdy. I did have one problem with installation, which led me to rate them product a 4 rather than a 5. The shelves and brackets are designed to lock into the uprights installed on the wall, to make sure the shelves or brackets don't come off unexpectedly. It's a good concept, but it was almost impossible to get the locking pin to fit. The back rail of the wire shelf seems to be slightly too big to allow the locking pin to clear. I had this problem with all three shelves.

This is the third set of shelves I bought of this brand for our garage. I was pleased with my first two sets so I ordered this to set up an area in the garage to store the things we take frequently to my son’s baseball tournaments. The shelves are adjustable, and once you have them in the desired position, you lock the brackets into place with screws. I can’t think of a reason someone might need to change the shelf positions frequently, but if that describes you, you may want to look at another option. I like that the shelves are secured into place. It keeps the shelves from moving when loading/unloading, or sliding heavier items into position on them. Just like the other two sets, I installed these completely on my own. I did use a drill, laser level, stud finder, and socket wrench (none of these included obviously). When I decide to add more shelving in my garage, I won’t hesitate to use Fleximounts brand again.

Easy to assemble, I like the template for the studs even though I didn’t use it. Because of location restrictions I could not install my unit on studs, since I was mounting on Sheetrock the included bolts were useless. I use 4 inch 1/4” toggle bolts instead it work perfectly. I wish they made the unit in white to match my decor.

I saw in another review that this was too complicated to install. Not true! Very sturdy, straight forward installation including a template for drilling. I was missing a part but customer service was very responsive. I would recommend to anyone looking for a fairly high capacity set of shelves.
