These patches work really well, until they have been on my knees for about an hour, then they really heat up, to the point where they feel as though my knee has been burnt. I have to remove the patches at that point. When I do, for several hours, my knees feel really sore. I have not had this problem when I have used this type of product previously. It is a real disappointment, because when they work well, they are very beneficial.

After wearing one of these for 2 hrs l had to remove it as it gets very hot 🔥

Very easy to use. Not hit with sudden burst of heat. They are a 'slow burn'. Gradually warming up. Very warm and comforting. Lovely eucalyptus smell. Have had two lots over the months and will buy again. I use on knee, husband uses on back.

Don’t buy. Only lasted 1 hour with them on as my skin was burning. Won’t buy anything again with wormwood in it. Can’t seem to buy anything without at the moment had better ones without the wormwood
