Set includes a good quality basket and all the accessories needed to make a sourdough loaf. Needs to be carefully floured for the first few uses to achieve the lovely markings and avoid sticking.

Brilliant kit for beginners
The media could not be loaded. I'm new to sourdough but my kit has been great to start me off with everything I need. I think my first loaf came out amazing using this kit. Not used all the bits yet; the basket, liner, and bread lame have been fab. If you rub all purpose/plain flour into the fabric liner you won't have to wash or prep the banneton at all!
