I purchased this small pan to replace another nonstick pound that I have had for several years that finally had the nonstick not work for me. This one is very slick. I’ve cooked eggs in it and I really like it and will be hopefully using it for a long time to come and it’s a great size to make an omelette in or if you just wanna cook something small. The quality seems very good and it has a nice weight to it.

I like this pan a lot. It has a nice weight to it, and the non stick surface works very well. Be sure to use silicone utensils to avoid scratches. I also put a round coffee filter in it when not in use as protection from other pans stored on top of it. Perfect size for scrambled eggs or grilled cheese or even a simple sauce to pour over bok choy (guy on YouTube makes it - mmmm). I’ve yet to have anything stick; so easy to clean. Good purchase, and I will get another one when this one needs replacing.

Why did you pick this product vs others?:Had been using Anolon non-stick, but wanted to see if this brand retained non-stick properties betterCooking ability:Very good non-stick after months of using; so far probably better non-stick than Anolon pan we replaced.Warping:No warping noticed, even at medium high heat (never use high heat with non-stick pans).Durability:So far, so good. These do show scratches more than Anolon (even when using only silicon and plastic utensils), but they do not affect non-stick effectiveness.

The non-stick works great, I like the feel of the pan. But, I wanted to make pan-fried wontons/pot stickers. Need a cover for that, and no fitting cover exists. Will use one of those stepped-silicon rimmed universal lids, I guess. Also, I feel that stating that it works with ceramic/glass, only to state in the instructions that the pan will scratch ceramic/glass if you move it, really is dishonest. 3 1/2 stars.

Tramontina price to quality is awesome. I use this pan daily and if you take care of it it is really non stick without all the bad stuff. Heavy weight aluminum construction and the handel holder keeps it always cook and easy to move around. Everything cooks great in it. Buy it will not be disappointed.

I haven't owned it as long as some of my others (that I spent much more on), but after a few months of pretty much daily use, I can still flip an egg without a spatula.It's good and weighty too, so it seems to disperse heat well and not immediately lose all its heat the moment you put a still-cold piece of food in there.For intense searing I still opt for my cast iron or stainless steel pans, but for pretty much everything else, this pan is my workhorse.

It's hard to find such a large skillet that has a non-stick surface and a removable handle that allows searing on a stove then into an oven wherein the handles are short enough to allow it to be fit into most ovens.
