As a newly diagnosed type 2 diabetic, I bought this to help understand my varying blood sugar levels. It is very easy to use with simple instructions and comes in a handy case. Perfect for my requirements.

No problems

I bought this because I've been diagnosed with type 2 diabetes so wanted to measure my blood glucose. However, the device gives different readings from the same blood sample which means it's an inaccurate measuring device. First reading was 8 then second reading was 10.9 then third was 10. Now I am aware that there is 15% accuracy tolerance level but to jump from 8 to 10.9 is way too high a jump and unfortunately, have to return the device as just can't rely on the results as a measure to control my diabetes. It's a shame because I actually like the device as it's easy to use and not too sore to draw a blood sample.
