We recently purchased an electric smoker for our outdoor kitchen and got this handy magnetic reference card. Nice large size, easy to read, it sticks right on the side (or top) of our smoker. Color coded for beef, pork, poultry, etc, even a leg of lamb (we’ll have to try that one!), tells you what temp/time settings to use, even suggested wood types to compliment the meat of choice. I would like for it to have a suggestion for smoking sausages, and though I realize I purchased a MEAT guide, I would have loved it to include info for potatoes or other veg. I guess we can look that up though. Very useful, easy to apply and move around (unlike a decal), easy to clean. I would probably avoid harsh cleaners, not sure how well the printing would withstand. Arrived super fast, in a nice cardboard envelope, but the corners all had a bit of the printing rubbed off. Not a big deal, this thing is going to get some serious use. Nice addition for those new to the smoking game.

Amazing for the pro-smoker to the beginner, very sturdy so when you put it on your item make sure it’s where you want it. Great for the price! Very versatile and easy for all to read.

I bought this a while ago after getting tired of my husband pausing my music to ask our Alexa what temp his meat gets finished at - totally works!We stuck it on the side of our fridge for outside & inside functionality since we live in the South & the weather is always unpredictable. He hasn’t killed us with raw meat yet, so I’d it helps.Definitely worth the cost of silence.All jokes aside, it’s easy to clean if it gets dirty. A simple wipe and it’s good as new. It’s improved our memory of what temperature the meats need to be at since it’s always readily available which improves our mental cooking ability. We’ve had no issues with peeling, the edges are sealed well thankfully.

Really great tool for smokers, grillers of all levels. Just a handy little reminder for what you’re shooing for, perfectly cooked meat!I would have given 5 Stars but as you can see, in the corners there are bubbles under the laminate. So far they haven’t separated but have only had it a week. Will definitely keep an eye on this. I will also admit it does clean up easily too, but I mine sits in a higher position. Totally recommend.
