My dryer knob became useless. I called a couple of companies to fix it and they told me they charged a fee (between $150-200) just to come to the house and "check what the problem was" even though I told them exactly what was happening. The last company I called told me that I just needed a new knob and that I could ordered on Amazon, I had no idea it was that simple! Thank God for honest companies! When I checked the price here on Amazon I was amazed that it was under $8!. This replacement matches the original and works perfectly. I received it on time and the installation was just pulling the old one out and sliding this one in, as simple as that. I bought it a few months ago and still working so it's durable.
