Model of the RO is good and the after sales service is also very satisfying. This company's RO is. Very good and value for money product.

Horrible installation service
Product is good but the agency they handed over for installation is really horrible who demanded money beyond installation charges of Rs 499/.The agency is very rude and could not install properly and finally we had to pay extra for installing by other agency

This product is a very good value for money. The water tests really well and the tds is also good.
This product is really awesome and I liked it very much. It is really a value for money and the packaging was done extremely well. All the features of this product like RO+UV+UF+MTDS+Active copper is really good.But there were some issues with this product and that's why i am giving 4 stars overall ,1)the active copper part's threads were loose as shown in the second image.2) There was no space given by the manufacturer of this product for taking out the power cable from inside the product.3) After fitting the float valve the storage capacity of the product decreased to some extent.Overall this product is really good and is really a very good value for money. You all should try it as it is a very good product.

Cheat company. Do not buy.
Plot valve got faulty in 6 months. Had to pay for replacement. Though it is not a consumable it was not covered in warranty. As per Company only SMPS and motor covered in warranty. This is not specified anywhere. Replacement provided also in unsealed condition. Do not know how long it will last.

I feel that I have wasted my money because it is not working at present.
The media could not be loaded. I did not get its flavour fine. I have given complaint but no proper solution. It does not work. Money value nothing.

Water Leakage & noise problem
The media could not be loaded. All things are good accept their is outer cartridge is broken water was leaked thanks installation team that they immediately change the same and fix the problem.Their is too much noise and also too much waste water is coming during filteration.
