It's sturdy and sounds good. It won't really impress the pedal snobs, but considering the price, it's fantastic. There are other pedals that sound better. If all you want is analog delay, you should just buy a Carbon Copy. If all you care about is tape delay, you could probably find something better. But if you want to have a large library of good delay sounds at your disposal for a low price, this pedal is great.

This is a very useful delay pedal if you are thinking about it. Easy to use. Simple controls. Brilliant sound. Love the versatility. Looper is a bonus which works really nicely. You won't be sorry!

A very functional and fun delay. The first setting along with the tape and TonePrint 1 are my favorite to use. The note switch is pretty helpful for variety when using a looper. The mash button is okay, just a little finicky but luckily that’s not the reason I purchased this. The reverse setting is pretty good and I’m glad it doesn’t distort like other pedals do when reversing. The only thing I find a little silly is the mod setting, which sounds way too much like a chorus and I am aware that it’s based off of their tri chorus sound. if that’s the sound you’re going for that it’s perfect for you. In my opinion, the tape setting sounds more like the mod setting on a carbon copy then the mod setting itself so if you’re discouraged by the mod setting on this pedal, just go with the tape setting. This pedal is great for a variety of genres. I really like doing ambient drone stuff, definitely worth the money and a great addition to the board 👍.

Arrived on time and it works great.

For what I paid for, $100 bucks, it sounds as good as a TRex replica pedal for more than half the price. The replica is the nicest sounding, analog sounding digital delay with modulation and the flashback sounds 95% as good if not more in the tape delay setting. And that's not even considering all the other usable settings on it, especially the crystal delay setting. Mash option is somewhat gimmicky but you can make it usable too. One major thing to note is that even with the pedal off (in bypass) it affects my tone in the signal chain. Doesn't suck your tone, it oddly boosts the level and adds more mids for some reason. Anyway that's what I heard from my setup and it's not a big deal for me. Check demo videos on YouTube. But this is an incredible pedal for the price. Expand your sounds with this delay.

Very cool pedal… Goes beyond your basic delay. The TonePrint is pretty handy.

So much fun! Love the mash feature! So many options with this pedal! Would recommend for any guitar player looking for a delay pedal!!!

This is maybe one of the best pedals for delay, I have the big brother/sister "triple flashback" but it's to big for the pedalboard. This pedal fits perfect. The only complain I have is about the volume of the delay is that that the space between zero to high volume is to small regarding delay volume. I't not easy to set for example slapdelay with distortion wich can be tricky. Every thing else is top notch.

I love delay. Analog or Digital, it doesn’t matter, it is part of my sound. Having bought a few TC Electronic pedals in the past (Hall of Fame 2, SCF Gold Chorus re-issue, Sentry noise gate) I knew I was getting a pedal that could take some abuse. Well built metal enclosure, stereo in and out and an array of premium delays. If that were all, then this pedal is worth the price, but, in addition to that, you have the fantastic tone print software, which means I can download some delay settings of big named musicians and sound a bit like them, cool. Should last a lifetime, pairs extremely well with my Boss DD-8 delay, for that awesome David Gilmour sound from The Wall. Fits perfectly on my pedalboard and should stay there for the foreseeable future. You can taylor the sound and timing til your hearts content. If you only have £100 ish for a delay pedal, then this pedal is for you. If you have more, don’t write this one off, try and compare this to other pedals, you won’t believe how good this one is. I have 3 favourite delay pedals, Boss DD-8, MXR Carbon Copy, and now the TCE Flashback.
