I like this,i refinished a 75 year old counter lately 48 by 21 inches striped down to wood used this product put 3 thick coats on it took 5 days to dry was worth it now it looks like it did 75 years ago with the Spar Varnish old school people used,you may not have been born yet.

Not thick. Applied nicely on my outdoor chairs. Not too shiny but it has a little gloss to it. Very pleased.

Great product with multiple options for application
I have always used Varathane polyurethane products and this one did not disappoint. Use a high quality brush to avoid drips and brush marks especially when applying to a vertical surface. Better yet, dilute 1:1 with mineral spirits and apply multiple thin coats (6 or 7) with a soft cloth. Great money-saving hack over purchasing ready to use rub on product. If it feels a little grainy when finished, use a piece of brown paper bag to smooth over.

Worked fine
Refurbished our family room table. Placed stickers on it and used the varnish over the top. Let it dry in the garage overnight as it has a strong odor. Have put three coats on it so far, but wait around a month between coats.
