Q: A lot of reviews say the puzzle is cut poorly. has this been solved? how do i know i will get a good puzzle?

My puzzle was great, cut correctly and everything fit together nicely. It’s actually a really beautiful puzzle and was so much fun to do!

Q: The bottom Border is cut very crooked. This is so disappointing as we would have framed it. Will the manufacturer replace it before we go further?

Yes that would be nice. I bought it as a gift and it was very disappointing when we tried to put it together, twice since we reordered, very disappointing, cause really wanted the puzzle for my friend
