Moen T6420BN-9000 Eva Two-Handle High Arc Bathroom Faucet with Valve, Brushed Nickel

If you order the Moen T6420-9000, be aware that there's some kind of SKU problem in Amazon's stocking or hardware department. This product should be the faucet trim, PLUS the valve with drain assembly. I ordered this product but only the faucet trim was delivered (faucet, handles and drain cap). And the factory box even stated that it was the T6420, but there was another sticker over the barcode, saying that it was the T6420-9000 (WITH rough-in valve and drain assembly). I called Amazon to explain, and they instructed me to return the product, and they immediately sent me another shipment. BUT! yet again, it was just the T6420 (faucet trim only)!I called again, and the customer service rep spent 40 minutes with me, as she had a difficult time understanding the issue. All she could tell me was to send it back and she'd send out another box, which I didn't want to do again since all I needed was the 9000 M-PACT to complete the order. I ended my call with her since she seemed lost in the weeds - and then I noticed that the price of the T6420 (faucet trim only) went down by $40, so if I had ordered them separately (instead of the kit), it would have been cheaper. But when I tried to buy this online, there was a shipping restriction telling me T6420 wasn't allowed to ship to California. That made absolutely no sense since I received it twice in error!! So I called again and the hardware rep (nice as she was) couldn't pull up the restriction on the computer, and had to put in a request for it which would take 48 hrs to process.Anyway, I called back once more, and hallelujah!! THAT customer service rep understood all the issues I was having, but it took 2 hours to get everything straightened out. My contractor told me that the valve is pretty durable and won't need replacing if I want to buy a different trim.Oh! and by the way, I received an email from Amazon later telling me that the shipping restriction to California was lifted (but no explanation as to why it was there in the first place).

The tap is not shaped forward enough. if your sinkholes are bit back from the edge this is not the right choice.

I got this to match the rest of the fixtures in my bathroom. Water pressure is low, but this could be a function of my own plumbing in the house - although the preexisting faucet had a much higher water pressure. My contractor says if I remove the aerator the water pressure might increase. I LOVE the high arc of the faucet. That, coupled with the deep sink I got, allows a lot of room for hand-washing (of both hands and hand-washable fabrics). It is very handsome. I anticipated more of a "stainless" hue, but it's "bronze-ier" than I anticipated.I think my own "issues" with it probably rest with me and not the faucet. It's very pretty.

NO!!! Simply do NOT buy this. Installs great, works for a few years, then the valve inside the handle rusts. Bundle becomes a harder to turn, feels like it’s grinding. By this time the handle has rusted itself and is now permanently locked to your sink. It WILL not come off. Had to replace in sink, tried to hacksaw my way to saving another (no success). Will spend many times more money trying to fix this damage. DO NOT INSTALL.

Easy to install. It's a well-made product like the rest of the EVA series.No water-stains visible. Cleaning it is a breeze - no streaks. It feels very comfortable in hands - turning it on and off. Very happy with it.It is a bit spendy, but you'll get a very product.

Received only the value and not the faucets.

High quality product and it's very helpful to purchase all components needed to install.
