Fit dicey. Straps too wide to fit mask well. Straps too long for best fit. Lower build quality than OEM strap. Technical design is superior to OEM design, pulls mask tighter with fewer leaks.

I know wearing a CPAP mask is quite a personal experience. That said this headband is the standard size for the original mask style that I still use and is a perfect fit for those particular masks. The headband is of far better quality than what originally came with my original mask. The bands are a bit wider than original and the foam is somewhat thicker providing a quite comfortable experience. The headband is a muted blue color instead of the standard black issue. I'm sure there is a name for it but I don't know what it is,"Try Periwinkle". The problem I had with the original headbands was that the griping properties on the Velcro straps continues to erode to the point that they would not hold anymore and of course the mask would work itself loose and hiss out the side. Of course this wakes the wife up and, well you know. To sum it up, the headband works great and it's affordable. I bought 2, one for home the other for my traveling CPAP. Highly reccomend...

I thought these were the resmed headgear,but I guess I was mistaken. Should have known since the resemed one's price is through the roof right now, ridiculous. These have no give, no stretch, are way to stiff and don't breath at all. Not good.

Horrible product. I had to return the first one due to poor quality and I have to return the second one too. DO NOT BUY THIS. I was only able to use 1 time. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY ON THIS.

the original r-es-med is made out of too soft and giving neoprene and eventually it gets too loose on the back of the head and won't provide a good fit anymore.This works better as it is a little more stiff and less giving. I think it will last a lot longer but will buy again if it somehow fails.
