The one I've used was a little tricky for me to trim and fit. Once I got it sized right, it worked great. It holds up well and the value is a lot better than others that I have used. When this supply wears out, I will definitely consider getting more.

While the mouth guard gave some relief, I couldn't get a proper fit. Yes, I followed the instructions. Also found that my mouth was very dry while using it.

Good quality mouth guard that wasn't an absolute pain to mold to my mouth like previous experiences. I don't know if mouth guard rubber thickness is standard but it does feel a bit cumbersome in my mouth like there is too much rubber but maybe that just takes time to get used to. I used it to sleep in so that I don't grind my teeth because I am hesitant to buy a $700 dentist prescribed one and so far so good. Like I said before it's still taking some time to wear it the whole night so I haven't worn it the entire night but am building my way up to that. Glad it came with so many because I've already managed to lose a few

I had bought a major drug store version of this mouthguard for over twice as much. And after receiving and using these, I realize you get what you pay for. These are horrible. Incredibly thin. I thought I could save some money by trying these, and I realize now, I should shell out the extra money to get actual quality.Just look at the generic clip art photo on the box. That should tell you all you need to know. Everything about this item is cheap, and not worth the effort. And to see other reviews giving it 5 stars makes me question my sanity.Here is my .02: Only buy mouthguards from companies you have actually heard of. They are going to cost you more, but you are going to get an actual quality product, unlike the poor excuse for a product that these are.

Works as expected.

It fits quit comfortably and for the price is a great option. I have dogs that tend to eat my mouth guard so I have long given up on buying the expensive ones (which do fit better); but for the price and for a smaller person, this is great.
