Drill hole size if very IMPORTANT!Use the tightest drill bit you have!Don't break your tool by OVERTIGHNING it on install." ONLY retighten it if the NUT spins. "Remember, when turn the bold in, it will tighten it even more.

Good guality. Non-magnetic.
First thing i did was to check if they were stainless steel. They were. None of them attracted to the magnet. This is a big plus for me. It seems like a lot of stainless steel these days are magnetic. They look to be good quality. I haven't tried them yet.
