Love this Bike Rack and worth the price!
I will admit that at first I wasn't sure if these would be worth the price, but compared to some others, after the first time I used it was clear that it was! It is super easy to put onto the crossbars and be able to take back off when not in use and taking the bikes themselves on and off is SO easy I could not believe it. They are made of quality materials and feel very solid, like they are going to last us for decades. Highly recommend!

Works great. Rock solid.
Works great. Got it to replace my fork mount rack when I got a new bike. Wish I’d bought it years ago. Comes fully assembled. On the car in less than 10 minutes. After a couple uses, can load the bike in a minute or so. Video on YouTube for pointers. Bike was rock solid in a 15MPH cross wind. If you are short or have an SUV you will need a step stool to load the bike. Need to be able to lift your bike to shoulder/head height. Only issue is the plastic latch for the rear mount is very difficult to slide. Don’t need to do this often and it might even slow down a thief.

Great roof bike rack...but I returned it...
Did a lot of research comparing roof racks, Yakima vs Thule models, and settled on the HighRoad mount. It was pretty easy to install and when I put my road bike up into it and tightened down the front holder, it was uber secure. No qualms about how it would hold up on the road. One thing I should have factored in was that I was hoping this would be a rack I could easily take off (as I use my car for work purposes and did not want to leave as rack like this attached all the time) without too much trouble. The rack attached to my OEM aero roof rails in about 5 minutes but I was not too keen on having to readjust and remount everytime I wanted to head somewhere for a ride. Additionally I am 6'3'' and had to use a stepstool to get up tall enough to mount the rack and secure my 60cm bike. The rack is well made and definitely solid, just after discussing it with my wife I returned it for a hitch mount rack (so we both can load and unload our bike). I opted for a Curt 1 1/4 inch hitch that fits my 2017 Forester and went with the Sagman Chinook rack.My advice...consider your hitch options if you are going with a roof mount. I thought the roof mount was going to be cheaper (I bought 2 of the HighRoads) but it turned out once I discovered non-Yakima or Thule brands and how well they are rated, the cost was considerably cheaper with a hitch mount. Going to DIY the hitch installation to the car and no longer worry about trying to get bikes up on the roof.Best to you!

Not too bad, affordable price.
A little small for my giant xl frame mtb but still works well and I dont expect it to fall off.

Holds bike securely
I wasn't sure if I wanted a roof rack or not. I have a fairly heavy mountain bike and was going to have to load it on top of an SUV so it's a pretty high lift. The rack was pretty easy to install. It requires a step stool to get my bike high enough to load it but it is fairly easy to load once I have it lifted. I love that the front tire just fits inside the rack and you don't have to try to attach something to the frame as many of the others do. It is easy to tighten once loaded and it seems very secure. You have to be very conscious of how high the bike is after loading so you don't hit anything (I hit some tree branches when parking the first time I used it). You can find cheaper roof racks, but this one seems well build and about as easy to load as it can be.

Great Product - knew what I was getting but there are Compromises
Brief outing to do a local ride - no worries. Long road trip - perhaps not your best option. The product works great, super easy and has an elegant design. I'm able to readily switch between vehicles (anything with a roof rack) and don't even notice it when not in use. I wanted a full bike option because there is no room inside my car (or SUV) for a tire, passenger, gear and a dog. Plus, tires get muddy and those 29ers are no joke when it comes to taking up space. When taking your bike on the Interstate, that is where things get a little twisty. There is going to be a lot of torque on your front tire and crosswinds make you feel like you are sailing a Sunfish on the lake in a storm. Speaking of torque, my road bike has radial spokes in the front and I do worry about them getting overworked and out of true.

Beware restocking fee for this bike rack
This bike rack seems like it would be great. I wouldn't know for sure I never opened the package. However, I was still charged a $29 restocking fee! Not to mention the shipping cost (over $50) to return the item.

Perfect fit on XL mountain bike
I was a little worried it wouldn’t fit my large framed bike but it’s a perfect fit. Easy to mount, set up, attach to bike and remove. Great product.
