Bought a pair of these to install over my garage door. Arrived later than advertised but no big deal. Packaging was high quality. Boxes arrived without damage to contents. Inside the box, the parts were packed expertly. Although the directions were not "excellent", there was definitely enough information to piece together the proper pieces in the correct order. Key piece of info in the instructions was the spacing and orientation of the drop bars from ceiling mounted rails. All the hardware was in perfect order, just the right number of parts and all high quality. I would definitely buy these again if I ever needed more ceiling-mounted storage. I was able to install all the hardware single-handedly except for the final fitting of the panels to the drop bars--that was a two person job for sure. All in all, very happy with this product!

Very happy with this product although I will never put a heavy load on this shelf as I have heard of some not holding up under heavier loads. Does exactly what I need and the price was very reasonable. I am happy with this product.

Instructions are basically useless. Doesn’t take a rocket scientist to figure out how to put this together without instructions though. Since it doesn’t have many parts it’s fairly easy to assemble with two people. If you know basic math to measure distances and are able to find studs you will be just fine. Overall quality and stability is great. I’m only giving it 4 stars because of the lack of instructions, would have saved some time. If you purchase this, expect it to consume 2-3 hours of your day. Just have patience, it is worth building, even without proper instructions.

This has worked out great for keeping things off the Garage floor. Nice that the piece that you screw into the studs is adjustable so if they not perfectly spaced it does not matter. They definitely hold a ton of weight. I am 250 lbs and was able to hang from them. I bought a second one

Sturdy. Solid. Instructions horrible and off on measurements. Some of the slats welds came apart. Missing a screw. One. Could not believe it. The hardware package came apart in shipping and hardware was scattered throughout box :-(

Pretty happy with this so far. I’d honestly give it a 4.5 stars because the instructions could be a little more clear. Dimensions are in mm and images don’t give all the details needed. My ceiling joists were not where I needed them so I had to adapt my install by mounting 2x4x8s to mount the metal brackets. This worked fine. They do bow in the middle from the weight. If you’re handy I’d say build one yourself. These don’t make the process any simpler and requires some skill for planning, precision measuring, and assembly. I’ve seen some other installs that use 2x4s and I highly recommend this. Provides a little margin for error and adjustment, plus security knowing your mounting screws are well embedded into wood. You will need 2 people for final assembly to raise and connect the flooring pieces.
