a life saver , have been using for almost a year now purchased in 2024 , never ran into any problem , very good and quick , the steam feature is awesome , very good e-cooker.

The media could not be loaded. Ordered Agaro Regal Electric Rice Cooker and cooker received on 10 th March 2024. Opened the box and read the manuals(already watched YouTube videos about its functions). Connected cable to the socket and 1 cup rice filled with necessary water added to the inner pot and closed the lid. Switched on....Cooker's display shows E2...(Error). Pls. watch the video. Requested a replacement on 11 th March. Called Amazon customer care and they understand the issue. Till now there is no replacement or refund.UPDATEGot a replacement on 21st March 2024. The product I have taken recently is not working . display board is not working..nor it is heating properly. Size is also too small. I am not at all happy with the product. Don't buy.

I have bought it 2 months back and preparing tarch free rice, fish curry, 4 typs of daal with vegetables, chicken curry even sweet dish like khir, i am really very happy to choose this agaro rice cooker, using it each and every day for lunch and dinner. It has cerameic coating pan so very easy to wash with spong bar. Such a excellent item for daily life.

This is our first rice cooker. As compared to normal steaming, it is easier to handle and cook but we started having the error code E3 just a couple days after we bought it. Following the instructions in the manual didn't solve the problem unfortunately. After a couple more days it just refused to start after pressing the ON switch. It switches on only after pressing the switch a number of times, and even after that the power suddenly goes off, even in the middle of a cycle sometimes. I've given it 3 stars because in the times it did cook, it was fairly good. Will update the rating to 5 if they manage to rectify my problem.
