This stuff is simply amazing. I have tried every probiotic out there for my IBS and each one has been mediocre. But THIS stuff, the R3set Prebiotic, has changed my life. I take two with my dinner with a large glass of water (If you don't drink a large glass of water you WILL burp the peppermint oil for a while.... not fun). I've tried a lot of supplements that claim stomach relief, but not come close to how well this works. And on top of it, this is all natural and NO SUGAR. This product has been great so far! I love the aromatherapy aspect within the bottle when I take it. I have been taking it in the morning with my other supplements and noticed my typical bloating throughout the day has decreased significantly. This is my new holy grail for debloating!
