Tons of compliments! Beautiful product!
In my very first trip using this bag, I received compliments from the TSA officer at the bag drop, the desk clerk at check in on both legs of the trip, and an entire group of people admiring it when I picked it up at baggage claim.This is a beautiful product and with Tumi's incredible lifetime replacement warranties, will likely be my only checked bag that I use for years to come. Love this suitcase!!!

NOT "CARRY ON" size... But still a great bag
Only reason I didn't give five stars is because the sellers falsely advertise this bag as "carry on" size!!!!! Fix that!!!! It doesn't meet a single airline's carry on requirement... The dimensions were below but I assumed that was the max size once expanded.That being said...this thing has plenty of volume in a very easy to handle suitcase. Additionally it's pretty stylish and comes with Tumi quality and warranty.

High end, heavy duty bag
This bag is impressive. So much so, this is my second one. It’s incredibly well made. You can just feel the quality when you touch it. It’s heavy, in a good way. If you are looking for a high end short trip bag, this is it. You won’t find anything better.

very nice case. Sturdy but time will tell how durable. Expansion is very helpful. Easy to move around and lift. Shape makes it easy to fit in awkward spaces as not as wide as traditional suitcases. didn't give a fifth stat as need to see how durable it turns out
