The other reviewers who said frame is heavy weren't kidding! It was all my roommate & I could do to get it to my second floor bedroom. The extra weight appears to be due to it's quality of construction. So, in my mind, that's a good thing! Assembly was fast & easy; it took less than 15 minutes! To assemble, all you need to do is unfold it, remove the plastic ties, screw on the 6 legs and plug in the power supply. That's it! I'm still getting used to it, but so far I like it. I'll update this review after I've used it a while. Update: The remote control is backlit and works perfectly, except it would be nice if you could turn on the backlighting without pressing a comtrol button. The work around is to press and hold the under-bed LEDs in the middle bottom row. The app, on the other hand leaves a lot to be desired. The setup instructions weren't totally clear and the setup process is more involved than it should be. Some bed features in the app do not work; hopefully that will be fixed in a future update...Overall all, though, I'm still mostly happy with it. The leg height was perfect for me; most other brands are shorter.

Well made and works like it is described. It makes very little sound when it moves but enough to get my cats attention. It seems solid in the way it is made. It was rather easy to set up and I really like the way it feels so far. It's an exact fit for my mattress and takes up the same space that I was already using plus I can place things under it if needed. Con's It is a little tall for me I would like it a little lower but even still I like it over all Most people would probably prefer it the way it is.

I am happy with this adjustable bed. The motor is very quiet. The remote control is easy to use. It’s a good value for the price. My son-in-law and grandson set the bed up for me and said it was easy to assemble. I would recommend it to others.

It's only been a few days, but coming from sleeping in a recliner to a real bed, I have to admit that I move more in the night, but the reclining top and bottom, make a perfect bed that I can sleep in. I bought a 14" mattress, so it was really tall and have to know parkour to get on it. (kidding) The motor is very quiet and is very smooth. It was exceptionally easy to put up. I might suggest shorter legs for us shorties.

I have a story to tell. My wife at 74 is now quite fragile. She has quite a few machines around her bed to aid in her health. We needed a new bed. Adjustable was preferred. She had an adjustable from another company that was broken and completely failed to work anymore. I had bought an adjustable for myself from the Naomi company and had it a few years so I suggested this to her so she ordered one. After she had ordered it, a couple of days later she said, my room is too crowded and I would like to change from the queen that I have to a full bed to allow more room. I said okay. I will speak to the company to see what will happen. I emailed the company and told them of my situation and they said that the order had already been shipped and was out to your state already. I told them of my situation and they said well let us see what we can do. They said the normal recourse was for me to receive the item and then ship it back to them. Now I am 4 years older than my wife and both of us are having Mobility issues. But after having spoke to the company again, they would see what they could do about turning the freight around. Believe it or not, they did just that. I may have to pay restocking fees or whatever, but the alternative would have been so much worse for me. We ordered the correct size bed and are in 7th heaven. I had my grandson put it together and he said it was no problem. This One like mine is very sturdy and I have had mine for more than 5 years and it still operates like new. I am going to wait a year to see the durability in operation of my wife's new bed but it should be the same as mine. Fit perfectly, and it provided more comfort to my existing bed. The rooms looks great. I like the control with different options and modes. Good value. Set up was easy, but due to weight, may require 2 people.

Our first new bed in over 30 years, split king adjustable is fantastic so far. The mattresses I ordered work perfectly on these frames. It took exactly 4 minutes to access and plug in the motors - they tested perfectly. It took longer to get them out of the boxes! I purposely did not order any excess features, such as massage, as do not want to deal with issues in the future. Shipping was so fast, just a few days. I was quite happy with the sturdiness of the construction of these frames . I ordered 4 inch risers to get the bed up high ( we love it that way) for family TV watching with our great grandkids. With the risers, I have 16 inch clearance for underbed container storage! The motors are very quiet, can barely hear them. We have used this for three days....will update in about a month to make sure still deserves a five star rating. Update after one year: DO NOT LOOSE THE REMOTE! There is no way to operate the bed without the remote ( and it was a cheap remote - the buttons were constantly sticking). I have tried to get a replacement remote from the manufacturer ( Amazon says I have to deal with them directly) no luck so far. I cannot imagine how the remote got lost in just one day but if I can't get one, I guess the bed us just a regular bed...............bummer!! At least my husband can still use the one for his side of the bed. I have left several messages with this manufacturer. I give them the benefit of the doubt last week as my phone needed major service. However, I called today, 12/12 2024 and their system will NOT take any messages. I tried seven times and the phone system just shut me down. I CANNOT use the functions of this bed without a remote...HOW CAN I GET ONE?????
