I use this on my dart stand. Any errant throws are well shielded. It's one inch deep and five and one half inches wide. It fits around my dart board perfectly. It's a very dense surround and even the longest, sharpest dart will not go through.

I'm far from an expert at darts, so I wanted a simple way to protect my walls without dropping a crazy amount of money on a lighted surround system. For that, this works perfectly! I have an older Winmau Blade 4 board and this fits like a glove.

I bought the Afumazi 5Pcs Splicing Dart Board Wall Protector to safeguard my walls (and floor) from stray darts, and overall, it does a great job. The material is sturdy EVA foam with a soft flocked surface that catches darts nicely without damaging the tips, and it protects well from bounce-outs. Assembly is straightforward—just splice the five pieces together, no tools needed—and the black finish looks clean and professional around the board. The main issue I ran into is the fit. The product claims to fit standard 18-inch tournament dartboards, and the pictures make it look snug, but the inner diameter is actually 17.75 inches. My dartboard seems to measure a true 18 inches (or very close), so when assembled, the surround ended up a bit too loose. On a freestanding dartboard stand with no back support, it flops around a little unless I brace it at the rear (which isn't ideal). To be fair, many regulation boards are precisely 17.75-17.8 inches, so it might be my board that's slightly oversized. If you're mounting directly on a wall, this probably wouldn't be noticeable at all. Bottom line: It works effectively for protection and is good value, but definitely measure your dartboard's exact diameter first to ensure a tight fit—especially if using a portable stand. If it matches perfectly, this would easily be 5 stars! Recommended with that one check.

It fits around my Winmau Blade 6 triple core perfectly. Slightly snug which is what I was hoping for. Has a nice velvet appearance and no gaps where the 5 sections join together. Installation is a no brainer and is of good quality for the money spent. My wall is now safe from errant throws.
