Recommend using small amounts at a time. It doesn't take much more than moistening fingertips to get the control desired. Much more makes the hair sticky and heavy.

I have very thick curvy hair that I am letting grow out again. I have tried many things called pomade, gels, clays, shaping creams (including the Tea Tree one), and I have to say that I cannot find anything cheaper for certain that I like as well as this. It instantly feels soft and silky on the hair, not sticky, not frizzy like a clay or cream might be. Leaves my hair easy to comb the next day rather than tangled and dry as a matte finish tends to do to me. I have very thick curvy hair that I am letting grow out again. If you use too much it will be a little greasy looking, but it can be mended with combing and water so just don't waste what I consider to be expensive and you'll love it.

The Tea Tree pomade was my runaway favorite hair product before the pandemic, but over the course of the past four years it became hard to find and more expensive so I found other alternatives. That said, when I see this available, especially if its on sale or discounted I buy it! I really like the texture, its got excellent hold and its really pliable, not to mention it has the best Tea Tree fragrance! I really wish it was priced more competitively but now its an every-now-and-then kind of purchase instead of a staple. If you're looking for a really good pomade with some shine and a nice fragrance, this is one to try.

The stuff I used before smelled like old guy, this has a nice fresh smell. Does the job. Been using for years.

I guess I’m glad I have this product but it’s WAY too expensive. I might not be the best reviewer for it because I don’t spend more than 30 seconds combing/brushing my hair in the morning. It’s just not something I think very often.Sometimes the girl who cuts my hair and she’ll show me how it can actually hold your hair in place if I’m going to a wedding, party, or just want to look my best. It does the job well enough but I didn’t like its odor. Maybe that’s just personal preference but there was a product I loved but can’t find for some reason. It’s a firm hold - not too crunchy. If possible I’d recommend trying this stuff before you buy.

I recently got a pixie cut and use this product almost daily. I apply to wet hair and I am able to shape my hair in a minute. It provides a light hold without frizziness that is not at all stiff. It does not dry out my hair.No real fragrance. Simple and effective.

It fit
