Good quality
I’m happy with the quality of this product, it’s my second order. A skilled plumber is needed to install the faucet. Didn’t use it long enough to comment on leakage, however it’s working fine for now .

Mounting this product to the wall is is difficult and not outlined in the product description.
This is a very nice product, very well build and nice looking.The only one thing is missing, in the description there should be noted that installation require professional plumbing skills. This job, to run copper pipes behind sheetrock wall, is not for the average Joe. Plumber will charge you $250 min. for the installation.

Good product for the money.
Sprayer looks modern. Had issue with install but seller went over and beyond to assist me so I could install it.

Not impressed
Worked OK for a year. Now, the sprayer stopped working, and it needs to be replaced. I contacted product support with the hope to get the replacement of the sprayer. Unfortunately, I did not get any help there except the confirmation that I need to purchase another sprayer. Not happy.

Terrible product. Not working at all
Barely worked for few days. That too we struggled with the flow. And now its completely NOT WORKING. We've got the hookup and everything but what good is it if we cant even get a single drop of water out of it?The hose works fine. But the water doesnt come out of the sprayer. And the irony is that, I had bought two. I want my money back!

Hand held bidet.
When we moved into our new home last year, I was so disappointed that there was no room in any of the bathrooms to add a bedet..So I found this and had it installed..I find it very easy and comfortable to use.

Nice looking product.
Was as described, needs better installation instructions. My wife is happy, so I’m happy.
