Love It!!!
It's a great bamboo steamer. Very solid and very well made. The metal rings really are a bonus. Soup dumplings, fish, veggies....it's awesome!!

Wonderful! Steel bands make the difference.
Definitely recommend these if you do a lot of steaming. We love to make steamed buns and dumplings i highly recommend these they have lasted for us and fit a lot of dumplings. Very easy to maintain and they don't warp like other brands without the steel rings.

First one had to replace, second one is great!
The first one started coming apart after one use. Returned. The second one is holding up fine. This is a nice steamer that holds a lot and is sturdy.

High quality steamer basket, inexplicable scorching.
High quality and comparable to what I've seen in the markets in Tokyo and Chinatown or even the likes of Din Tai Fung but they inexplicably scorched on the inner ring the very first use over a double boiler at low heat. No flame was ever even close to riding up the side of the pot and definitely not inside the basket. For the quality of the binding and aesthetics and included dumpling papers, I will leave it at 3 star but this was very peculiar.
