Thinking of using this as a headstrap for something kinda like a VR headset but laying down, so is this comfy for long term head exposure/pressure?

Hi Nathan. I have no idea if it would be comfortable as headgear - I used mine to strap 2 plastic waterbutts in place, to stop them blowing over when nearly empty!! Put it this way, it's made of a fairly tough webbing fabric so probably not the most comfortable thingvto wear. Cheers.

Could this be used to tidy garden tools against the wall of a shed?

Not what I bought it for and I think it might be difficult. Better to fix a wooden bar to the wall and attach suitable hooks or other appropriate fittings. For smaller metal tools I use magnetic bars which come in various lengths and are very efficient.
