Disappointed
The first time my child attempted to use this shark in the bathtub, the shark laid on it's side and the cord did not retract all the way back in. The shark did not move through the water. It just laid on it's side as the fish partially made it's way back to the shark. There was no option for a replacement. We were only able to get a refund. I did not attempt to repurchase this item.

It did not work
The item did not work, when I pulled the string it did not suck back up. I would have sent back but my child still played with it.

Back Fin Didn't Work From the Start!
From the first time I pulled the string, the back fin didn't work right. Tried it in water thinking that might help, but still nothing. My little boy loves sharks, so he wasn't very happy when it didn't work!

Ordered 2. One works, sort of. 2nd doesn't work at all. Not worth the price.

I gave to my grandson this toy and after used once the mechanism is locked and it could never work.

We have had other pull string toys for the pool that lasted for years, this one broke the first day
