Why is this over $200 when the 16 port is avalible for $199 on the manifacture website?

It's interesting because this listing says list price is $175 when in fact the price on ubiquiti's website is $109.

What the difference between the us-8-60w and this switch (usw-lite-8-poe)?

this one is (4) GbE, 802.3at PoE+ ports us-8-60w is (4) GbE, 802.3af PoE ports ..so if you have the new Wifi 6 LR or Pro, the older one wont power them.

Will this poe switch have enough power to run a cloudkey gen2 and an ap flexhd at same time?

The max power consumption for the Cloud Key Plus (Gen2) is 12.95 watts and 10.5 watts for the FlexHD. The switch is capable of providing 52 watts of PoE. I'm confident that i will be able to power those two devices just fine.

Will it work in australia with a 240 volt mains system? or is it enough if i buy us to au plug convert?
